I am a Christian who is Reformed and Presbyterian. What does that mean? It means that I believe the Bible is best understood by the teachings of the Reformation, and such teachers as Pastor John Calvin. I have always been a Presbyterian. It was in the OPC that I was baptized, made my own profession of faith, was taken under care of Presbytery, was licensed, and was ordained. I even did three Summer internships in the OPC. I am thoroughly committed to Christ as a Presbyterian and Reformed believer and minister.
My wife Eileen and I met in college. We were married in 1992. Our four children are all living in our home and the older three attend a Christian school. I was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1968. I attended school in Random Lake, Wisconsin from kindergarten through high school, and graduated in 1986. That summer, I completed basic training for the Army Reserves. In the Fall of 1986, I went to Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, Illinois, and graduated in 1990 with liberal arts degree and a major in Business Administration. The Fall of 1990, I went to Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. The four year Master of Divinity degree program took me six years, because of an interruption. My Army Reserve unit received a Presidential Activation for Desert Storm in 1991. After six months in the Middle East, I decided to work for a carpenter for a year. I returned to seminary and graduated in 1996. In the same year, I was ordained to pastor a church in the city of Philadelphia called Grace Fellowship OPC. In 2004, God called me to pastor here at Falls Presbyterian in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin |
